Discount for NOSSCR Members on NBTA’s Certification Exam The National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) is pleased to continue a member benefit through its association with the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). Practicing attorneys who are NOSSCR members may now become nationally recognized board-certified Social Security Disability (SSD) attorneys through an exclusive discount.
